General members may elect to upgrade their free membership to a premium membership at any time through the membership portal.

Premium Membership is billed annually and commences on the date of sign-up unless otherwise noted. All premium members will be billed once a year at the set membership price (currently $350, including applicable tax/fees). Premium membership pricing, availability, service delivery timelines, and member benefits are subject to change.

Though members may elect to terminate their participation in FBL Premium Membership programming or downgrade their membership to the free option, membership fees are nonrefundable. Members choosing not to fully explore the benefits of membership, participate in members-only experiences, or attend events does not constitute grounds for early cancellation or a refund in full or in part.

Premium memberships will be automatically renewed. Members will be notified 30 days in advance of their membership renewal and their form of payment charged for the following year. Members have the option to opt-out of auto-renewal at the time of signup and can always change this setting, downgrade their membership, update their form of payment or make other profile-level changes in their membership portal or contact [email protected].

Credit Card Required: To enroll in the Program, you must have a valid American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit card of which you are the named account holder or which you are authorized to use with the consent of the account holder. You will be required to provide valid credit card information to FBL at the time of enrollment so that applicable fees can be charged for your enrollment and for subsequent renewals. Providing incomplete or incorrect credit card information may result in the delay or decline of your enrollment. For information regarding how we keep your payment information secure, please see our Privacy Statement.

The original credit or debit card used to sign up for membership will be auto-charged after one year of membership unless members opt-out of auto-renewal. Members are responsible for changing or updating card information if it has changed since the subscription date to our services. Our credit card processor Stripe will work directly with banks to keep your account information updated in the event your physical card gets replaced and the number, expiry or CVC code change. Stripe works directly with card networks to ensure your service continues without interruption with no extra work required.

Feedback Labs is not responsible for member’s insufficient fund’s penalties or overdraft fees. Feedback Labs will hold members responsible for any fees or penalties charged to Feedback Labs due to member’s insufficient funds or overdraft fees.
