Community Intern

Susan is the Community Intern at Feedback Labs. She is responsible for supporting the Community pillar with communications and blog support, engaging members through our prospective community outreach initiatives, flagship LabStorm meetings, and landscape research. Susan studied at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), where she received Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics.

Prior to Feedback Labs, Susan worked in the corporate sector with various private organisations in banking, financial services, manufacturing, telecomms, and fintech sectors in Customer Experience roles. In these roles, she learned the value of listening to customers and putting their needs first.

Susan also worked with Vijana Amani Pamoja, a nonprofit organisation in Nairobi that advocates for sports for social and economic development. Here she developed interest in aid and nonprofit and how communities are transformed with the right help.

During her free time she enjoys cooking, watching TV, and spending time with her children.
