Community Associate

Sophia is the Community Associate at Feedback Labs. She is responsible for maintaining communication with our network, facilitating bi-weekly LabStorms, and supporting the Sr. Manager of Partnerships and Equity in developing and implementing programs related to our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Sophia is a City Year alumni and previously worked with students who needed extra support to stay on track and graduate on time. She ensured students received a quality education and prepared students with the social and academic skills to succeed. Also, Sophia worked as a media planner, developing, implementing, and optimizing media campaigns across multiple channels. Although Sophia has a professional background in media and marketing, she is passionate about making a positive impact on communities and improving the lives of others.

Sophia studied Communication at the University of South Florida. In her spare time, Sophia enjoys watching movies, journaling, dancing like no one is watching, and going to museums.
