What is the Feedback Tools Accelerator?

The Feedback Tools Accelerator cohort is a community of tool providers from the Global South working to learn from each other – and the field – to scale their feedback tools. The goal of the Accelerator is two-fold: to uplift the work that tool providers in the Global South are providing to a global audience and to learn from these tool providers to improve the feedback community across the world.

During the year-long Accelerator, Feedback Labs provides each cohort member with

Grant funds to support the further development of their feedback tool;
A long-term mentor in the global feedback community;
Four one-on-one support calls with Feedback Labs staff to discuss the challenges and successes of their tool;
The opportunity to present in a collaborative brainstorming webinar (we call them LabStorms!) to get feedback on their work from peers and experts;
Marketing support to create a blog post about the work of their feedback tool;
Monthly cohort learning sessions to learn from experts and each other.
