What an incredible start to Feedback+Denver!
Feedback+Denver kicked off with a vibrant start as attendees gathered for breakfast, engaging in intimate table discussions led by industry experts. From centering feedback in innovation to empowering local changemakers, each table offered a unique perspective on the role of feedback in driving positive change.
The morning featured an insightful opening plenary by Ernest House Jr., Director of the Center for Tribal and Indigenous Engagement at the Keystone Policy Center. He discussed land acknowledgments and shared experiences from his work with nonprofits, and local and state governments committed to community feedback.

Post-plenary, the Summit transitioned into breakout sessions where attendees explored specific topics in depth. These sessions covered a range of issues from canvassing and integrating feedback into policy recommendations to fostering trust in virtual settings, providing practical insights and actionable strategies for implementing effective feedback practices.

The afternoon included a compelling lunch plenary on the impact of geographic boundaries on community feedback and engagement. Ben Jacobs of Tocabe: An American Indian Eatery, Tatiana Hernandez from the Community Foundation Boulder County, Roberto Meza from the Ag & Food Lab, and Mark Donovan of the Denver Basic Income Project discussed how geography influences listening practices and resource distribution.
The day wrapped up with dynamic LabStorm sessions. Participants collaborated on addressing complex issues such as vaccine equity, local food ecosystems, and community engagement. These interactive sessions encouraged creativity, innovation, and cross-sector collaboration.
