Sabrina Hargrave is the Vice President of Programs at the Brooklyn Community Foundation where she oversees grantmaking using a participatory grantmaking model and community-informed strategy-setting approach. Her prior experience in performance management and program evaluation in both research and nonprofit settings includes working at institutions such as the International Rescue Committee, Children’s Aid, and the Institute of Human Development and Social Change at New York University.
Born in Argentina and raised in New York City, Sabrina received her Master’s in Public Administration in International Development from New York University and her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Colgate University. She is passionate about understanding and supporting how home country experiences impact navigating host country institutions for migrants around the world.
