Associate Director, Learning and Operations

As Feedback Labs’ Associate Director of Learning and Operations, Alexis develops and implements feedback learning initiatives, curates the Labs’ tools repository, and oversees the organization’s admin, finance, and day-to-day operations. 

Before Feedback Labs, Alexis worked with foundations, international organizations, and community groups at Root Change to design and launch feedback loops, facilitate inclusive analysis of social impact systems, and carry out interactive learning programs. She also managed training and coaching for thousands of organizations around the world at GlobalGiving. Alexis studied international development, political science, and leadership at American University and completed her MBA at the University of Cape Town. 

On the weekends, Alexis and her husband, Brian, and daughter, Eleanor, can be found at a brewery in their hometown of Hyattsville, MD, or out on the trail at a nearby park.
