Mini Course

The Feedback Mini Course

In this course, we take a deep dive into the concept of constituent feedback. Through 3 guided videos and follow-up reflection points, you’ll learn all about the value of feedback, the various stages of the feedback loop and get an intro on how to implement a closed feedback loop.

This fast moving video course will introduce you to the concept of constituent feedback. You will hear about the myths that hold organizations back from routinely using feedback and gather evidence and arguments that you can use to advocate for feedback in your work.

Together, we’ll explore the six phases of a closed feedback loop — from securing buy-in from constituents and key decision makers, to making sense of feedback with constituents, and implementing course corrections — and you will have the opportunity to reflect on how to implement a closed feedback loop within your organization. Brief video sessions are accompanied by additional feedback resources.
