Building a Stronger Feedback Field
Feedback Labs supports the nonprofit and philanthropy fields in the United States and around the world by helping providers listen to and act on feedback from the people at the heart of their work in high-quality, equitable and inclusive ways.

Our team is focused on building a strong feedback field across the entire social sector.
Feedback Labs provides practical guidance and support to nonprofits and philanthropies on how to implement high-quality feedback loops. We collaborate with others to motivate and support nonprofits and organizations to listen well, curate feedback tools and offer trainings, and convene the feedback community to learn together.

Creating incentives for nonprofits to improve how they listen to the people at the heart of their work. For example, nonprofits that fill out the How We Listen self-assessment expand their Candid profile and earn points in Charity Navigator’s rating system.
Encouraging foundations to use their power to invest in listening. The Feedback Incentives Learning Group helps funders find ways to support grantees and motivate peer funders to listen in high-quality ways.

Offering custom and public trainings that support nonprofits and foundations in implementing high-quality feedback and listening.
Providing coaching to help organizations improve their feedback and listening practice.
Curating recommended tools that can support nonprofits and foundations to better collect, analyze, and understand feedback data.

Bringing the feedback community together at the annual in-person Feedback Summit and virtual events throughout the year.
Supporting a diverse set of leaders to champion high-quality listening through Feedback Fellowships.
Building a strong network of nonprofit and philanthropic organizations that are investing in high-quality listening and feedback practices.
