Tools and Training Intern
Morine Ngumi is the Tools and Training Intern at Feedback Labs. In her capacity,
she is responsible for recommending ways to revamp the existing Crash Course
webpage, supporting training initiatives, improving the Feedback Quiz, increasing
training accessibility, conducting outreach, documenting impact stories, maintaining
the Feedback Fundamentals database, and developing a feedback audit model.
Through her previous roles with the European Commission, Catalyst 2030, and the
Global Foundation for Girls, she has developed a keen understanding of how to
navigate complex systems and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to challenge
existing power dynamics and create sustainable, long-lasting impacts. In her most
recent role at the Global Foundation for Girls, she focused on integrating valuable
insights from grantees to enhance program effectiveness and ensure that initiatives
were truly responsive to their needs.
Morine holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the United States
International University-Africa. When she’s not working, you’ll find her enjoying
nature, either on a walk or out for a run.
