Director of Learning and Operations

Meg VanDeusen is Feedback Labs’ Director of Learning and Operations where she develops and implements feedback learning initiatives and oversees the admin, finance, and day-to-day operations of the Labs. Meg curates the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to support nonprofits and philanthropic institutions in being responsive to the people they seek to serve, and has facilitated dozens of courses and supported hundreds of practitioners to craft their feedback plans. Prior to Feedback Labs, Meg was a Fulbright Scholar in Malaysia and an educator in India where she worked to ensure that student voice was always at the center of her classroom.

Meg holds a B.A. in Anthropology and Women’s and Gender studies from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, where she was a Morehead-Cain Scholar. In her spare time, Meg can be found experimenting with new recipes, hosting events as a member of the UNC Pride Alumni Board, on hiking adventures with her Venture Crew, or playing with her two cats.
