Leiann is the Tools & Training Intern supporting the delivery of various Feedback Labs training initiatives and updates. She studied International Relations and Public Health at the University of South Florida and also completed a post-grad diploma in Business Administration from the University of South Wales.
Her career started out interning with the Partner Services Team at GlobalGiving and she’s since been honing her idealistic thinking and skillset as a jack-of-all-trades within a variety of roles and sectors including: operations support at the UNDP Guyana Office, partnerships and communications at the International Center for Tropical Agriculture in Colombia, project coordination at the Pan-American Development Foundation and monitoring & evaluation at HIAS Guyana. These experiences have combined to make her really passionate about learning to harness the full power of collecting, analyzing, and using data and feedback for sustainable impact and capacity building.
In her spare time, Leiann enjoys playing with her dogs, doing yoga, learning about holistic nutrition, trying out new recipes, and watching just a little too much television.
