Pitch a Session

Thank you for your interest in pitching a session for the Feedback Summit. In true feedback fashion, the agenda is built by you, Summit participants. Applications are open now for breakout sessions.

This is your space to work with your fellow feedback experts in honing your skills, challenging each other’s assumptions, and driving our collective agenda forward. Click through for more information and to submit your session pitch. Session application deadline is April 15, 2017.

If you have any questions, please reach out to us at

  • What mechanisms (platforms, tools, principles) have you used to close feedback loops?
  • What role should intermediaries or infomediaries play in closing citizen feedback loops?
  • What tools have you used to move between different steps in a feedback loop?
  • How do you ensure sustainability of a feedback-driven program iteration?
  • What unique challenges to closing feedback loops do different political contexts present?
  • Involve two or more organizations (for Breakouts only)
  • Are anchored in concrete examples from your work
  • Invite substantive discussion from other Summit participant (no long presentations)
  • Push our thinking collectively around the how of closing feedback loops

Sessions will last 1.5 hours, and you can expect between 15 and 25 attendees to your session. Interactive sessions with at least two facilitating organizations will be given preference. Sessions should provide participants with ample opportunity to engage with the material presented and come away with insights that can be applied to their own work.
